The 5-ChM ship clock is a legendary artifact of Soviet maritime history. The rubber-gasket seal and locking hinged front prevented salt moisture, dust, and diesel fumes from entering the mechanism. - Mount the clock securely to a flat, sturdy wall surface using appropriate heavy-duty screws or anchors through the rear mounting flange.
- Use the included winding key to wind the mainspring smoothly until gentle resistance is felt. Do not force or overtighten.
- To adjust the time, gently open the hinged front glass bezel using the key latch and rotate the hands clockwise.
- The fine regulator lever (S/F - Ч/П) at the top of the dial allows small speed adjustments if necessary.
