Return Conditions

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt. The watch must be returned in the same condition and with the same accessories as it was received.

Return Requirements

• The watch must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.
• Returns must include original packaging and all accessories (box, documents, extra bracelet links, etc.).
• If the item is damaged due to customer misuse, the return may be declined.

Return Process

1. Contact us via email or phone, providing your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for confirmation from our support team.
3. Ship the item back using a preferred shipping method.
4. After inspecting the watch, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a defect or our mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost.
• In other cases, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

Additional Terms

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• We do not accept returns if the watch has been modified, repaired, or shows signs of tampering.
