Up for sale is an authentic vintage Tissot RockWatch R150 wrist watch, crafted in Switzerland during the 1980s-1990s. This landmark model features a solid case carved entirely out of natural Swiss Alpine granite stone, making every single timepiece completely unique in pattern and color spectrum. It comes with signature vibrant yellow and red hands that contrast beautifully against the green-tinted natural stone dial.
Powered by an authentic 6-jewel high-grade ETA 976.001 Swiss Quartz movement. The front crystal is scratch-resistant Sapphire in perfect condition. Fitted with a high-grade brand new leather strap that complements the natural tone of the watch. Fully tested, equipped with a fresh battery (Renata Swiss made), and running accurately!
DEFECTS: Excellent vintage condition with minimal signs of handling on the case back plate. Sapphire crystal and stone case are in outstanding shape.

HISTORY & LORE
First introduced in 1985, the Tissot RockWatch created an absolute revolution in Swiss watchmaking. Designed by Ernst Thomke, the RockWatch was the world's first wristwatch with a case crafted out of natural stone (granite harvested directly from the Swiss Alps in Graubünden and Valais).
Because every rock slab has distinct mineral patterns, color veins, and geological formations, no two RockWatches in existence are identical. The hands were intentionally colored yellow and red to evoke Swiss alpine trail markers, turning a precise quartz timekeeper into an extraordinary art piece.
