HISTORY
LIP is a French watch and clock company, founded in 1867 by Emmanuel Lipmann.
The LIP 43 caliber is one of their most significant movements. In the mid-1930s, the company played a crucial role in helping the Soviet Union establish its own watch industry.
The technical designs and machinery for the LIP 43 were sold to the USSR, where it became the foundation for the famous "K-43" pocket watches produced by ZIM and other factories.
RECOMMENDATIONS

- Winding any mechanical watch tight may break the mainspring. Do not wind the watch hard.
- When adjusting the hands, move them in a clockwise direction only.
- Every 2-3 years it is necessary to service and oil vintage watches.
- Antique watches generally experience an error of up to 3-5 minutes a day. Any accuracy within this range is considered good for a vintage piece.
