Up for sale is an elegant vintage Swiss-made wristwatch – Grovana, manufactured in Switzerland during the late 1980s. Grovana is an independent Swiss watchmaker renowned for creating classic aesthetic timepieces with high-quality Swiss components.
This model features a beautiful white dial with a moonphase subdial indicator at the top, classic Roman/Arabic numerals, and a quick-set date window at 6 o'clock. Powered by a original Swiss Harley Ronda SA 788 quartz movement (1 jewel). Fitted on a comfortable vintage expansion/stretch gold-tone bracelet and fitted with a fresh battery!
DEFECTS: Pre-owned vintage condition with noticeable surface wear and plating loss on the two-tone case and stretch bracelet as shown in photos. Fully functional!

Grovana Watch Co. was established in 1924 in Tenniken, Switzerland. During the quartz revolution of the 1970s and 1980s, Grovana successfully adapted by producing sophisticated quartz wristwatches featuring complications like moon phases, dual time zones, and calendar functions.
The Harley Ronda 788 caliber was developed as a specialized Swiss quartz movement with a 29.5-day moonphase complication wheel. Today, vintage Swiss moonphase quartz watches from Grovana are appreciated for their timeless neo-classical look and Swiss reliability.
